Our Wedding

November 23, 2024 Andy had a special plan to propose to Katrina during his comedy show in Charlotte, Iowa. He arranged a raffle for the audience, with Katrina set to be the final winner. Inside the prize bag, she would find her engagement ring, and Andy would pop the question. To make the moment even more magical, he asked a few audience volunteers to pop confetti when the final winner (Katrina) won, without revealing the true reason behind it. However, in an unexpected twist, Katrina gave her ticket to her friend Monica, who ended up winning the final prize bag. Andy had forgotten to tell the confetti volunteers that it was actually supposed to go off as Katrina found the ring. Instead, they popped the confetti when the (wrong) raffle winner was announced! Andy quickly retrieved the ring from the winning bag and improvised a new plan of expressing his love for Katrina on stage. Katrina was a bit confused on what was happening when Andy approached her, pulled out the ring and ask for her hand in marriage. As you can see, She said yes! The local newspaper captured the entire proposal, and Katrina’s best friend, whom Andy had invited, was there to share in the surprise and joy.

The Proposal

OUR JAMAICAN WEDDING7.13.2026 We’re married! We celebrated our wedding ceremony in beautiful Jamaica, lived streamed on facebook while surrounded by sunshine, ocean views and so much love. It was an intimate and unforgettable day, and we’re incredibly happy to begin this next chapter together as husband and wife. Although our ceremony has already taken place, the celebration isn’t over! We can’t wait to gather with our family and friends for our wedding reception in Dubuque on September 12, 2026. Please join us for dinner, drinks, dancing and the chance to celebrate together. Be sure to submit or update your RSVP by Sunday, July 26, 2026, even if you previously responded, so we can plan food for everyone.

Michael is Andy's youngest brother. They met when Michael was born.

Andy and Stone met in Bellevue, IA. Andy arrived with some friends after his comedy show in Maquoketa and Stone was on stage performing with his band. It was a bachelorette party full of Pen15 balloons. Stone kept roasting Andy, stating that Andy looked a lot like Billy Joe of Green Day. Once Stone found out that Andy did comedy, they connected with one another over being performing artists and have been great friends since.

Andy met Tad when Andy was performing comedy at a bar in a very small town in SW Iowa. Tad eventually started to hire Andy to perform at events that Tad was hosting, including pranking Tad's employees by hiring Andy as a fake terrible business consultant.

Andy and Dom became friends when Andy worked with him at Hen Haven in Clearfield, IA.
